Day 01 : Beirut Airport Pick-up
When you arrive at Beirut-Rafic Hariri International Airport, you will meet your driver at the arrival hall and be escorted to your hotel. During the rest of the day, you can rest to recover from the jet lag or walk around downtown.
Day 02 : Beirut – Beiteddine Palace – Sidon – Tyre – Beirut
After breakfast, your guide and driver will meet you at the hotel lobby and take you to Beiteddine Palace by a 1-hour drive. You will visit its grand structures comprising the museum, fountains, and beautiful decorations. Then you will head to Sidon, one of the oldest Phoenician cities, to enjoy a different lifestyle at its souk, sea castle, and fish market. The next stop is another Phoenician city – Tyre, where you will visit the Ruins of Tyre – The Egyptian Port. After the visits, you will be taken back to Beirut.
Day 03 : Beirut – Jeita Grotto – Harissa – Byblos
After breakfast, you will get close to the history and culture of this country by visiting the National Museum, Mohammad Al-Amin Mosque, Saint Georges Maronite Cathedral, and get relaxed at Beirut Souks, Pigeon Rocks, which is also known as Raouche Rocks, and the Corniche. In the afternoon, you will continue to Jeita Grotto by private vehicle. The grotto comprises two layers: At the upper one you will meet the largest stalactite in the world, and to the lower one you will take a boat to enjoy. Then you will proceed to Harissa for a cable tour of the shrine of Our Lady of Lebanon. At the end of the day, you will be escorted to your hotel in Byblos.
Day 04 : Byblos – Qadisha Valley – Beirut (available from May 10 to Oct 30)
In the morning, a visit to Byblos, an archaeological site and an ancient Phoenician city with a history of 8,000 years, will start today’s historical tour. Here you will visit Byblos Citadel, Roman ruins, and the wonderful souk. In the afternoon, you will head to Qadisha Valley, which is also known as Holy Valley, and en-route stop to visit Gibran Museum at Bcharre. After a stroll in the cedar forest, you will be escorted back to your hotel in Beruit.
Day 05 : Beirut – Baalbek – Ksara – Anjar – Beirut
The first stop for today is Baalbek Temple, which was built for Baalbek, the Sun God. You will visit the the Temple of Jupiter, the Temple of Bacchus, and the Temple of Venus, the three parts of this ancient temple. Afterward, you will continue to the famous Ksara winery to sample some mellow wine, which is consider the best in Lebanon. After visiting Umayyad ruins in Anjar, you will be escorted back to Beirut.
Day 06 : Beirut Airport See-off
Departure transfer to the airport for flight to onward destination.

Day 01: Beirut Airport Pick-up

Day 02: Beirut City Tour
After breakfast, you will meet your driver and guide at the hotel lobby and start your Beirut tour. You will visit the National Museum with rich exhibits, the splendid Mohammad Al-Amin Mosque, and Saint Georges Maronite Cathedral. In the afternoon, you will continue to Beirut Souks, where you will see the iconic bell tower. Then you will visit the American University of Beirut, Pigeon Rocks, which is also known as Raouche Rocks, and the Corniche.
Night in Beirut.
Day 03: Beirut – Harissa – Byblos
After breakfast, you will first be escorted to visit Jeita Grotto. The grotto comprises two layers: At the upper one you will meet the largest stalactite in the world, and at the lower one you will take a boat to enjoy. Then you will head to visit Harissa, where sits The Shrine of Our Lady of Lebanon, one of the most pilgrimage sites of this country. Then you will explore a UNESCO World Heritage site – Byblos, an ancient city where people begin to live in 5,000 BC. After the visit, you will be taken to your hotel in Byblos.
Night in Byblos.
Day 04: Byblos – Kadisha Valley – Qozhaya – Becharre – Beirut
In the morning, a 1.5-hour drive will take you to Qadisha Valley, which is also known as Holy Valley. Here you will enjoy the beautiful landscape comprising steep hillsides, clean creeks, waterfalls, and churches. You will also visit Saint Anthony Qozhaya Monastery and Saint Lisha Monastery. After a stroll, you will be escorted to Becharre to see the 1,500-year-old cedars. At the end of the day, you will be escorted to your hotel in Beirut.

Day 05: Beirut – Anjar – Baalbek – Ksara – Beirut
The first stop for today is Anjar, an ancient city that can date back to the 8th century. After visiting Umayyad ruins, you will head to Baalbek Temple, which was built for Baalbek, the Sun God. You will visit the Temple of Jupiter, the Temple of Bacchus, and the Temple of Venus, the three parts of this ancient temple. Day 06: Beirut – Beiteddine Palace – Deir Al-Qamar – Beirut
In the morning, you will be escorted to Shouf Cedars Reserve, the largest reserve of Lebanon where you will enjoy a short hiking. Then you will continue to the 200-year-old Beiteddine Palace and Deir Al-Qamar, a well-preserved ancient town with elegant layouts. After the visits, you will be escorted back to your hotel in Beirut.
Day 07: Beirut – Tyre – Sidon – Beirut
In the morning, a 1.5-hour drive will take you to Tyre, a Phoenician ancient city where you will visit the Ruins of Tyre, featuring the Egyptian Port, the public baths, Roman necropolis and hippodrome. Then you will proceed to Sidon, one of the oldest Phoenician cities. You will enjoy a different lifestyle by visiting its souk, sea castle, and fish market. After visiting the nearby Temple of Eshmun, you will be escorted back to your hotel.
Day 08: Beirut Airport See-off
Departure transfer to the airport for flight to onward destination.

Day 1: Arrival in Beirut
Arrive and transfer to the hotel.
Night in Beirut.
Day 2: Highlights of the capital Beirut
After breakfast, city tour of Beirut.
We will visit the National Museum, the Mohammad Al-Amin Mosque, the Maronite Cathedral of Saint George, the Beirut souks, the Clock Tower and the American University of Lebanon.
Also, we will specially arrange a visit to the Beirut Green Line, which was the demarcation line between East and West Beirut during the Lebanese Civil War. It is both a witness to war and a monument to peace.
Finally, let’s go to the Corniche to see the pigeon rocks, also known as the Raouche rocks, and the amazing views of the sea during sunset.
Day 3: Jeita Grotto, Harissa and Byblos
Tourist activities: Today we are going to visit the natural wonder of Lebanon – Jeita Grotto. It is a karstic cave with two levels.
Our guide will take you to see the upper cave on foot, and then take a boat tour of the lower cave. Our next destination is Our Lady of Lebanon, the Shrine of the Virgin Mary in Harissa.
★ What makes us different: We will specially arrange for you to take the tourist cable car to Our Lady of Lebanon on the top of the mountain. From the gondola, you can enjoy the panoramic view of the mountain village of Harissa and the magnificent promenade of Jounieh Bay.
Lunch will be served at a local restaurant.
After lunch, we will drive about 20 minutes to Byblos. Being a World Heritage site in Lebanon, Byblos is one of the oldest surviving cities in the world, dating back over 7,000 years.
Your guide will take you through St. John’s Church, the Roman Amphitheatre, Byblos Citadel, and the Old Souks.
After the visit, we will return to Beirut to spend the night.
Day 4: Visit ancient Batroun and taste the local beer
Breakfast.
In the morning, drive about an hour north to Batroun, a charming old seaside town.
Start a 2-hour walking tour of Batroun, visiting the traditional Ottoman houses, the old Phoenician wall, the old Batroun souk, Our Lady of the Sea church and the fishing port.
On the way, you will taste the authentic Batroun-style fresh lemonade.
Lunch will be served at a decent local seafood restaurant.
After lunch, we will organize a special stop for you, Colonel Brewery And Distillery, where you can not only learn about the unique local brewing process, but also taste many different beers. Enjoying a beer with a sea view in a cool room or outdoor seat would enliven your stay in Lebanon.
After a relaxing afternoon, we will return to Beirut.

Day 5: Forest of the Cedars of God, Gibran Museum and Monastery of San Antonio
Tourist Activities: In the morning, we will drive 2 hours to Becharre (Bsharri).
Visit the ancient Cedars of God Forest, where every tree around you is at least 1,000 years old. Then we will visit the Kahlil Gibran Museum. Once an ancient cave where many monks sought refuge, it later became the tomb and a small museum dedicated to Kahlil Gibran, the Lebanese-American poet and painter. We will conclude today with a visit to the Monastery of San Antonio Qozhaya, which dates back to the 12th century and is still the sacred place for local hermits and pilgrims.
Unique Accommodation Experience: At St. Anthony Qozhaya Monastery, there is a simply furnished guest house where we will arrange for you to stay one night. The guest house is well designed and decorated, with beautiful stonework, carved wooden doors and traditional stained glass lanterns. Apart from trekkers in the Kadisha valley, most of the guests are pilgrims and religious groups. You will have a good sleep here because it is very quiet at night.
Day 6: Two World Heritage Sites in one day: Baalbek and Anjar
Morning Activity: Our first stop today is the most famous Baalbek temple complex in Lebanon. In the morning, we will drive an hour and a half to Baalbek, where you will be amazed by the vast ancient Roman ruins.
Visit the Temples of Jupiter, Bacchus and Venus, three of the most famous temples in the area. The Temple of Bacchus is reputed to be the best preserved and most magnificent Roman temple in the world, with its exquisite carvings dating back to the 2nd century AD.
Wine Tasting: Next, we will organize a special stop at Chateau Ksara, one of the oldest and main wineries in Lebanon. Here you can not only visit the ancient wine caves, but also taste the most authentic Lebanese white, red and rosé wines.
After lunch, we will drive one hour to Anjar to visit the ruins of the Umayyad city, a once glorious city 1200 years old, with wide streets lined with mosques, palaces, baths, warehouses and residences, and surrounded by 7 meters (23 feet) of high stone walls.
In the afternoon, we will return to Beirut.
Night in Beirut.
Day 7: Gems of South Lebanon: Tire and Sidon
Sightseeing Activities: In the morning, we will drive south along the Mediterranean coast for over an hour to the ancient Phoenician city of Tyre. Here the ancient Phoenicians made their fortunes trading a rare purple pigment extracted from a shell called murex.
Visit the Egyptian Port, the public baths, the Roman Necropolis and the Hippodrome, which the Phoenicians and the Romans built here.
In the afternoon, back to Beirut, we will visit Sidon, another ancient coastal city built by the Phoenicians.
Visit the Crusader Sea Castle, the old souks, Debbaneh Palace, and St. Nicholas Cathedral.
Try a local cookie called Senioura.
Day 8: Shouf Cedars Reserve, Beiteddine Palace and Deir Al-Qamar
Tourist Activities: Today we are going to explore the mountains of eastern Lebanon. After about an hour’s drive, we will first arrive at the Shouf Cedars National Reserve, the largest nature reserve in Lebanon and home to hundreds of prized wildlife and birds.
Visit the Beiteddine Palace, which was built in the 18th century. Its name literally means the ‘House of Faith’. The design of the palace combines the Italian Baroque style with the traditional Arabic architectural style, which perfectly embodies power and wealth.
Our last stop will be Deir Al-Qamar, which was once the capital of Lebanon in the 17th century, but today it is just a quiet and beautiful city with many historical sites. Finally, we will return to Beirut to spend the night.
Day 9: Local Family Visit and Lebanese Cooking Class
Lebanese Cuisine Cooking Class: Today we will have a special arrangement for you.
Visit a Lebanese house, where you can learn about the real life of local residents, chat with the friendly host, and learn how to prepare an authentic Lebanese meal from the host who is good at cooking. Lebanese cuisine is the most popular cuisine in the Middle East. You will work together with the host to cook 5-6 classic local dishes such as tabbouleh, hommus, kebbeh, vine leaf rolls, spicy potato and riz bi haleeb (sweet rice pudding). At noon, you can enjoy the delicious homemade food with the host.
Day 10: Depart Beirut
Breakfast.
